(Example: A vacation package that sells for $3,500 pays 10% commission on all commissionable package components for a gross commission of $350. An agent in our top sales tier would make $315.)

Do you have what it takes to become a Destination Specialist with an emphasis on Disney travel?
- Do you love Disney travel first and foremost? All of our independent contractors have completed the College of Disney Knowledge and Disney travel is their first and greatest love. Two (2) trips to Disney destinations within the last 5 years is required for all applicants.
- Have you traveled somewhere OTHER than a Disney Destination? Our Destination Specialists bring a wealth of knowledge to the agency on a variety of locations. Do you love to cruise? Enjoy adult-only or family all-inclusive vacations? Have you traveled throughtout the US or internationally? In addition to Disney, what destinations can YOU specialize in?
- Are you self-motivated? All of our Destination Specialists are Independent Contractors. That means setting your own hours and being in charge of your own success. We will give you the tools to succeed, but putting that information into practice and following through to close the sale requires self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
- Do you have professional, impecable communication skills? Expert knowledge will not allow you to close a sale if you have poor communication skills. Our Destination Specialists love what they do and communicate that enthusiasm in a professional, friendly manner in personal, on the phone, and via email and text.
- Are you passionate about travel? Why do we sell travel? Because we LOVE to travel! And we love helping others experience the joy of travel and make magical memories with their loved-ones.
